Played a key role in strengthening nursing education through curriculum innovation, faculty mentoring, and the development of online teaching modules in Anatomy and Research in collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNMC).
Served two terms -six years as an elected Governing Council Member of The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, with active involvement in policy revision and strategic decision-making.
